Warranty

We attach great importance to satisfied customers and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If, unfortunately, something goes wrong with your order, we will ensure that this is resolved as quickly as possible.


According to European law, we are obliged to remedy any lack of conformity within two years of delivery of the goods. If you discover or should discover a defect, we kindly request that you contact us within a reasonable period of two months.


We will then work with you to find the best solution, such as a free repair or replacement of the product. It may be that a longer period is acceptable under special circumstances. We maintain open and honest communication and are always willing to think along with you.

Complaints

It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase and our service. We do our best to ensure that everything runs smoothly, but we understand that complaints may arise from time to time.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.


As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers within the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find the ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you can submit it through the platform of the European Union. We strive to resolve any complaints as quickly and adequately as possible and hope that you are satisfied with the handling.
