All items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, but if the product is defective or there has been an incorrect delivery, the return costs will be covered by Daaloumaa.

Don't forget to include a note with your name and order number so we know who the package is from.

Once we have received the product in good condition, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

Keep your shipping receipt safe in case the package gets lost. If a shipping receipt cannot be provided and we do not receive the package, we unfortunately cannot proceed with the refund.

Shipping costs depend on the country it needs to be shipped to and the total amount of the order. To view the shipping costs, we advise you to first add the desired products to your shopping cart and then view the shipping costs as they are automatically calculated.

On the website, there is an indication of the delivery time per item and per size. In-stock products will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 3:00 PM. Non-stock products have an indicative delivery time stated on the item (and size).

As it is an indicative delivery time, no rights can be derived from it. A delay of 1-2 weeks rarely occurs but unfortunately can happen as we produce on a small scale.

Oeko-Tex® is a globally recognized certification system that ensures textile products are free from harmful substances and are safe for human use. It sets strict limits for the use of chemicals and substances that can be harmful to health, and it covers all stages of production, from the raw materials to the finished product. Oeko-Tex® certification indicates that a textile product has been tested and found to be free from harmful levels of chemicals and substances.

Wool has a very special property, it is self-cleaning. Washing is therefore not necessary. Airing it out, maybe wiping it with a damp cloth and letting it dry in the air is usually sufficient. You can also vacuum the wool on a gentle setting with a handheld vacuum cleaner. Be careful not to suck the wool into the vacuum, as this will damage the wool.

If your item really does need a wash, preferably wash it by hand (with a wool detergent), then roll your item in a dry towel to "knead" out the excess water and let it air dry. Do not iron wool, as it will damage the fibers.

Not a fan of hand washing? You can also use the wool wash cycle on your washing machine, but this will cause slightly more wear and tear on your beautiful woolen products. When using a washing machine, be sure not to use the spin cycle!
